Caps Win... Now Rangers Lead Series 2-1

It was a huge game 3 in the Rangers, Capitals series. The Garden was rocking as the Rangers could take a 3-0 series lead. Alexander Semin and the Caps wouldnt let that happen. They played a great game and whooped the Rangers 4-0. Semin played a great game with two goals. Ovie also had a good game with 2 assists. The Capital who might have had the best game was there goalie, Simeon Varlamov, a rookie who had 33 saves for the shutout. I believe who ever wins the next game will take the series. If the Rangers win they are up 3-1 in the series and the momentum is to great for the Caps to recover. If the Caps win the series is tied 2-2 and then they play the rest of the games at home. With all that said LETS GO RANGERS!

Allen Hits Game Winning Shot, Series Tied 1-1

Ray Allen hit a three with 2 seconds left as the Celtics beat the Bulls 118 to 115. Allen had 30 points with the last 3, his biggest shot of the year. Derek Rose was in foul trouble early and only had 10 points after a dominent performace in game 1. The Bulls cant be to upset splitting in Boston because the series is now tied coming back to Chicago for the next 2 games. Chicago guard Ben Gordon had a team high points with 42. The next two games in Chicago will be huge and this will be a fun series to watch!

First Blog Ever!!!

Hi! This is my FIRST BLOG ever. My name is Brian and i am 15 years old and from Long Island. My hobby is sports. I play lacrosse and soccer but watch almost all sports and know a great deal for a 15 year old. The teams i like are the Mets, Jets, Rangers, Knicks (I know dont make fun) and University of Michigan. A few times each week I will go through all the recent sports news. I will post the topic and then give my thoughts about it... We will start with this week....

John Madden Retires
As many of you know, John Madden was one of the most popular and best known football announcers of his time. Although he was very interesting I do think he was getting a little old and needed to retire. The thing I liked most about him was his video game series, Madden Football which I play for XBOX 360!

Yankees lose 22-4 (YAY!!)
Personally I love this being a Mets fan! What we do know is that the new Yankees Stadium is a hitters park and the ball just carried that day luke crazy. 14 runs in one inning? Are you kidding me!! It was good to brag to my friends in school about this one!! Lets just say that I hope this happend more often!

Rose scores 36 as Bulls win 105-103
Wow! What can I say? What a performance for Derek Rose. We all knew that he was a very good rookie but boy I didnt know he was this good! He tied the NA record with 36 points in his first playoff game. If the Bulls win the series, and beat the reigning NBA champs, I can see them going all the way. If they win, they are the team to beat in my eyes.
